According to our schoolmotto and our guiding principles, "young spirits in old walls" (our school is a 400 year old castle), we want to offer our students a young, creative and dynamic education. Being a school with a musical focus, we know that muscially trained pupils can be also more efficient in other subjects and skills. We want to use this and we also want to apply this effect on foreign languages.That´s the reason why we want to take part in the european education and training programme. By means of the teacher training we want to offer our teachers and students the best education possible. We´ve already been doing students exchange with our neighbour country Italy for many years. We also want to try to install this possibility for the English language as well through new international contacts and starting a correspondence with pen friends. We want to improve our education through new teaching and learning methods. Through a better education our students will have better future prospect for their jobs and their education. This is important in particular because living in the countryside and therefore having geographical difficulties, we need to offer an even better education than other schools.
