Two of our teachers for French an Spanish will take part in the mobility programme which consists of training courses abroad for foreign language teachers . The aim of the project is to improve the linguistic and didactic competences of the teachers in order to enhance a good quality of teaching and to promote the communicative and intercultural competences of the pupils. Furthermore, the exchange of ideas between teachers from different European countries offers the opportunity to analyse, evaluate and improve the own teaching. By sending our teachers to international programmes we expect positive effects on their motivation to teach, which will promote a good atmosphere and make our school a good place to teach and to study. The trainings represent a positive signal in the inward and outward looking policy of our school.
