According to the EU Action Plan Entrepreneurship 2020 , in order to make the return to economic growth and employment levels rise again , Europe needs more entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship - is a human society and the ability to build and develop business and innovation, offering new opportunities for self-fulfillment and payment for economic or social value . One of the pillars of the plan - including entrepreneurship education and training. Entrepreneurship is a powerful driver of economic growth and job creation tool, which creates new businesses and jobs , open new markets and encourage new skills and abilities. Entrepreneurship is the core competence of the system is formed and act in accordance with the latest revision of the Communication Commission of Education . Future entrepreneurs in Europe face an unfriendly environment : education does not provide an adequate basis for an entrepreneurial career. Lithuania vocational training centers , schools, professionals preparing construction industry, but the lack of development of individual students' entrepreneurial practice ( and more only at the theoretical level ) , creativity, setting up their own small - medium-sized enterprises , which in developed countries is the economic dynam . Meanwhile, the Lithuanian national strategy emphasizes the creation of active public . The main objective of the project : building specialties for students to improve entrepreneurial competencies , as well as practical works ( construction sector ) performance business and technology skills . Details of the project objectives - to consolidate and improve the following skills: access and Lithuania both host countries and business cultures , traditions , role models , and to develop the project participants' creativity and willingness to work in a team , a sense of responsibility , a broader approach to entrepreneurship , to develop practice works business and technology skills To promote a skilled work and quality performance , optimum materials and raw materials production capacity; materials and construction quality inspection , to increase the attractiveness of VET ; internationality Gaining competency , innovation, learning to learn , cognitive , social, personal, creative competences, European competences. During the project project participants will have linguistic training (English and German) and presentation by public institution "EnterpriseLithuania" in introductory seminar on a businesses topic. Project is involving 60 participants in these construction specialties: construction service provider, building renovator, decorator, carpenter, insulator. Sending partners: Kaunas vocational training center of social services and construction business specialists (18 participants), Vilnius vocational training center of builders (12 participants), Alytus vocational training center (10 participants), Klaipėda school of builders (10 participants), Plungė school of techologies and business (10 participants). Receiving partners: Centre for Vocational Education Lolland Falster (Denmark), Überregionales Ausbildungszentrum Waren/Grevesmühlen e.V. (Germany), Lingua-Vár Oktatási Központ (Lingua-Vár Educational Centre) (Hungary). Results of the project: organized 5 visits flows, participants developed an internship reports, participants announcements versions of PowerPoint with pictures; designed photo book "Our internship"; executed dissemination of the project. Project participants will practice on professional training centers, as well as it is delivered by the students, at least 30 h. practical training in entrepreneurship courses. Regardless of whether young people will look for opportunities to build business and social business ventures, or not, those of them who will study entrepreneurship, business will gain knowledge and acquire the basic skills and shape the rules - tamps creative, proactive, learn to work as a team, understand the risks and gain sense of responsibility.
