PROJECT’S PARTICIPANTS – vocational training II-III course students of vehicles’ business employee and small business services provider professions.PROJECT’S DURATION2016 06 01 – 2017 05 31, total 12 months.There will be four internships: to United Kingdom, Malta, Germany and Italy. AMFI Agenzia per la Mobilità e la Formazione Internazionale (Italy)PROJECT’S MAIN GOAL: provide small business services provider and vehicles’ maintenance business employee professions students with possibilities to do international practice in foreign companies in order to acquire new professional skills and knowledge. OTHER OBJECTIVES1. to educate the following specific professional competences of participants;• for vehicles’ maintenance business employee professions students:-to be able to maintain chassis and transmissions of German-made cars; to know about ways of gas emission reduction (in Germany)-to be able to maintain chassis and steering systems of right-side steering model cars’; to be able to do vehicles’ electronics diagnostics (in United Kingdom);• for small business services provider professions students:-to be able to coordinate different activities in company, to know business organization peculiarities (in Italy)-to be able to organize development of small business for tourists and recreation, communicate with clients (in Malta)2. to acquire better occupation and employment opportunities, improve perspectives of future career;3. to educate participants’ awareness and understanding of other cultures and tolerance, to raise the level of participants’ self-confidence, self-esteem and sociability;4. to educate main common competences (entrepreneurship, innovation, initiative skills);5. to improve participants’ foreign language and communicative skills;PROJECTS WORK ACTIVITIES• Preparation and signing of grant agreement;• Participants information activities and selection;• Preparation of participants;• Final adjustment of internships’ programs;• Organisation of internships;• Signing agreements with partners and participants;• Implementation of internships;• Participants reports and questionnaire filling;• Presentations of internships, certification;• Dissemination;• Preparation of final report.EXPECTED PROJECT’S RESULTS• Completed professional training under the internship program;• Acquired internship’s evaluation certificates – Europasses, certificates of hosting organizations and project’s coordinator. Professional competences, acquired during the internship, are acknowledged by ECVET.• Made reports of internships;• Raised level of the participants’ professional competences according to their professional requirements;• Improved participants’ vocational skills, giving better employability opportunities in labour market;• Raised level of participants’ self-confidence, initiative skills, entrepreneurship, sociability as well as tolerance and cultural awareness;• Improved language and communication skills of participants;IMPACTParticipating organizations will raise the level of international collaboration between educational institutions, improve process of vocational training. Organizations’ staff will improve organizational and international management skills, get familiar with good practices and work methods of the partners.Participants will acquire specific professional competences. International practice in companies will let to improve participants’ skills and knowledge. International internship will enhance participants’ European dimension and tolerance, participants will acquire entrepreneurship, innovative and initiative skills. Long-lasting impact for participants: successfully passed qualifying examination, improved employability opportunities.Projects long-lasting impact will be assured by projects dissemination, recognition documents. Projects impact and succession will be implemented by applying for new projects in the future, projects results will be integrated in participating organisations daily life.DISSEMINATIONProject’s dissemination will be addressed to: youth, local authorities, entrepreneurs and society of Trakai (Aukstadvaris city is situated in Trakai district), Elektrenai, Zarasai and surrounding districts; present and future students of AŽŪM, EPMC and ZŽŪM, their parents, teachers and school’s community; potential trainees of hosting organizations.Methods of project’s dissemination: stands, articles in web-pages and regional newspapers, booklets about project, presentations of the internships and consideration of project’s results.
