Project Summary This project aims for completing the quality improvement plan of the French Department at the Cals College IJsselstein. This plan implies -making a solid and continuous teaching program of the curriculum -improving the different linguistical skills of students (reading, listening, writing and speaking) -implementing differentiated levels within French courses The necessary knowledge for this quality improvement plan will be acquired from the course "Stage de perfectionnement linguistique pour enseignants de francais" and from exchanging knowledge with European colleagues. This course also matches with the personal development plan of the participant Ariette Sieben, which aims for developing professional skills by acquiring linguistic skills related to education, and improving didactic competences with regard to applying differentiated linguistical levels. In order to achieve a proper implementation in practice and in the quality improvement plan, the new knowledge will be transferred to the colleagues at Cals College IJsselstein by reports, presentations and if possible workshops.
