Our goal is to improve the quality of our English lessons, to integrate new methods of teaching and to implement the principle of life long learning in our pupils. Only one teacher will participate in a mobility project as our scholl is very small. Afterwards the teacher will serve as a multiplicator for the rest of the staff and pass on all the experiences. We want to improve the teacher's language skills, diversify the methods of teaching and deepen the intercultural competence. All this is supposed to lead to a higher quality of teaching and better possibilities of learning for our pupils. The teacher will participate in an immersion course of six days in Scotland and will get to learn cooparative teaching methods and the use of new media. Besides that, she will get in touch with colleagues from different nations. Not only the teacher, but our whole school will take benefit out of all these aspects of the mobility project.
