Improvement of competences for planning and realising international exchange projects and the implementation of their results in our lessons and offers at our school The two-year- lasting project is designed to improve the abilities in planning, realising and evaluating international projects of a relevant number of colleagues. As a consequence a larger number of subjects beyond the foreign languages shall and will be involved in international projects. We send three relatively unexperienced colleagues to a three-day-long training seminar in the Netherlands to improve and develop their qualifications in an exchange with colleagues of other schools and countries. At a later time, a mixed group of four colleagues is going to take part in a two-day seminar how to transfer results of international projects in professional lessons, in curricula and other offers of our school to guarantee full transparency. We expect that both advanced training measures will raise the quality of our lessons, individual methods and mediated European competences of our students and that teachers and students can realise a permanent and sutainable approach towards the subject "Europe" and european awarenes.
