Improvement of competences for planning and realisation of international exchange projects and the implementation of their results in lessons and offers at school The two-year- lasting project is designed to improve so far the abilities in planning, realisation and evaluation of international projects of a relevant number of colleagues that subsequently a bigger number by fields after the foreign languages is involved in international projects. We send three relatively unexperienced colleagues to a three-day-long advanced training seminar in the Netherlands to raise their qualifications in exchange with colleagues of other schools and countries. At a later time a mixed group of 4 colleagues takes part in a 2-day seminar for the transference of results of international projects in professional lessons, curricula and other offers of our school. We expect both advanced training measures will raise the quality of our lessons and in it important European competences of our schoolboys and schoolgirls and that teachers and schoolboys and schoolgirls will be motivated to work permanently on the subject Europe.
