Due to our project of international communication techniques one colleague of us attended the International House of Dublin last summer 2014. There were with her a team of international and national colleagues from nearly everywhere. 1 from China, 1 from Brazil, 1 from Ttaly, 1 from Russia and 7 from differnt parts and federal states of Germany. It became obvious how different and international the school systems, mentalities and cultures are. All in all we have used the chance to exchange our knowledge of methods of differentiating and benefitted from the newly gained knowledge about the Irish history, culture, traditions und recent time. Beside Irish folk songs, Irish dance, Irish literature we have learnt a lot about useful methods of using the Internet which can help our students to get prepared for exams or preparation or on an exchange or volunteer work abroad. The use of smartboard and the access to the Internet belong to the daily life at the International House of Dublin and to ours at school. V Various excursions to the Trinity College, The Book of Celts and in the nearby wonderful surroundings of Dublin have enriched our picture and impression of Dublin, Iraland and Europe. We have documented all by camera and impressive photos. As we all have come from different countries or states, from different types of school we have learnt a lot about how to work differently , authentically and internationally. WE do still stay in contact via social network and do work on a partnership with another school.
