Project: Improvement of the secondary school teachers' didactical and methodical skills in the focus of inclusive education Goals: The course should enable the teachers to: - using new methods and didactical skills concerning inclusive classroom management such as the media, internet, networks etc. - gaining further international experience and conveying it to students and colleagues - connecting with other teachers from foreign countries and exchange of experiences (e.g. inclusion, methods etc.) Participants: Two experienced secondary school English teachers who have already been involved with inclusive education were chosen by the English department of our school to convey the new skills and knowledge to the colleagues. Long-term benefits: We expect new impulse, methods and ideas for inclusive education respecting every student's individual potential and possible learning disabilities. We want to install: - possible access to education for all students - maximisation and optimisation of all students' social and educational participation - special needs education (SNE)
