Colegiul Tehnic de Industrie Alimentara is located in South - West Oltenia . Our school prepares students in the fields of food industry, catering and mechanics. Students enrolled come both from Dolj County and surrounding counties. Training Needs Analysis of students identified, after discussions at the school level with employers and graduates, to be actively involved in training from 2011 at a high level of youth in tourism and services, areas needed on the European labor market. In the school year 2011 - 2012 we implemented the first project the training at the Centro Superior de Hoteleria, Valencia. The excellent results of that stage, swot analysis conducted at the school level, we decided to continue this long-term project of our students training in a European institution and ask Dolj Inspectorate to increase annual tuition for IX grade profile services .Our purpose in this project is to give students practical skills, participants related to the field – Technician gastronomy and Technician analyzes food - XI th grade.14 minors 11th grade students and 2 teachers accompanying persons will be attending a 3 weeks internship, the technician training areas are gastronomy(7students) and technician analyzes food (7 students ).Training will be at Centro Superior de Hotelera, Valencia, institution that provides training in the field of tourism and hospitality, being the third institution of this kind in Europe. The project comes as a continuation of good relations with Spanish partner, established during the implementation of the first Leonardo da VinciThe receiving organization offers the necessary needs regarding the organization of mobility and training. We have discovered in Spanish partner a compatible institution with ours, both institutions deal with the professional orientation of students in technical – vocational area. Participants in the internship will deal at the same time with cultural and language trainings offered by the two organizations but also with training at one of the best schools in Europe . Communication within the project will be in English and Spanish. This project tries to stimulate the best students to get involved in our various projects to broaden the horizon of knowledge , to attract them to study foreign languages. The students that will participate in this internship will be enrolled on European Mobility Tool and their chances of finding a job will increase not only on the national labour market but on the European and international one, too.At the end of the 3 -weeks internship - 01.05 - 21.05. 2017 - students will receive certificates, Europass Mobility for certifying competences and skills, and certificates of attending cultural and language trainings.The products of the project will be the writing of an additional curriculum for subjects ' Technician gastronomy "and " Technician food analysis " in which to present both the internship experience and the experience of our partner, but also a CD with images from the training and mobility. The project website will be the instrument by which we manage to convey all those interested in activities that will take place during the project implementation.
