Valid-Info: The promotion and validation of non formal and informal learning in the fields of labor integration of disadvantaged people and intercultural mediation Valid-Info: Die Förderung und Validierung von nicht-formalen und informellen Bildungen im Bereich Arbeitsintegration und interkulturelle Vermittlung

The Valid-Info project aims at promoting the recognition of non formal and informal education in the programs of continuing education for adults, more especially in the professional profiles targeted by the project. In order to achieve this goal, the methodology used in the Valid-Info project was to transfer a system of recognition of competences that has been developed in Germany, the ProfilPASS system. The project Valid-Info has created tools for self-evaluation of competences that beneficiaries could utilize in order to identify and promote their competences.The project has also led to the creation of a European guide presenting a methology to use the tools, the project'context and some recommendations for stakeholders, especially for the development of validation systems of the competences identified.
