Start date: Aug 1, 2015, End date: Oct 31, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

MRJC is run and animated by youngsters from 13 to 30 years old, active actor of the development of rural areas, has organized in 2015 a meeting between young workors, policy makers and experts on youth issues, economic inclusion of youth in rural areas. This event aimed to bring the youth to question their role as actors of the economy. This project emerged on one part from studies and analysis made by MRJC, from past seminars we have organized and from the outlook on youth of our organization on the present economic situation. We note on one part that it is important to question economy’s way of working, and the place given to inhabitants of rural territories. Moreover, youth and policy makers expect and strive for places to question themselves, to debate on these questions and to find solutions for youth’s employment which is suitable and adapted to the territories. This project regrouped about 40 youth for 5 days during the last week of august in Creuse. Young professionals, local producers, local non profit organizations, inhabitants and policy makers were informed, exchanged, discussed and crossed points of view, on the issue of youth unemployment, they questioned entrepreneurship as a solution. During five days, participants reflected, met new people, and visited experiences to build tomorrow’s economy.
