Our Project proposal includes the job shadowing and face to face training of the directors and trainers or experts of the foundation of Elginkan and the three subsidiary foundation centres about distance education management, moodle education context management and education planning in a European country for ten days. The objectives of our project are; to help the dissemination of the importance of knowing EU culture, citizenship and a foreign language. To utilize the knowledge and experiences regarding the project theme at European standards, to popularise the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the different institutions, to contribute the dissemination of good implementations, to see the employment opportunities and working conditions on site, to make our institution to develop business relations EU wide. Nineteen staff, who executes distance training, education context management and education planning, the rest of which consist of trainers chosen from three subsidiary foundations will visit Portugal for training in April 2016. . The experts and trainers will be chosen among the ones who are responsible for the development of distance education and context management. Study visits will be carried out with the organization of our partner in Braga, Portugal during ten days excluding the travel days. Moreover, some cultural activities will be executed with the contributions of our partner. The participants will receive some participation certificates and EUROPASS certificate at the end of the trainings. There will be some observation and evaluation during the mobility and they will be reported. The results of the project will be shared with a large number of people via dissemination activities after the mobility. A final report will be prepared. At the end of our project, 19 staff from four different institutions will acquire knowledge about distance education, education context management and planning. They will get EUROPASS certificates, as well. The participants will have the opportunity to see the implementations and studies of the institutions EU culture, life style and on site. Some brochures, CDs, the news in the press, photos, meeting records will be published as the outputs. In short, by the improvement of vocational education, increasing the quality of education, disseminating the vocational education within the scope of lifelong learning, increasing the knowledge, experiences and competences about the new methods and techniques, this project will contribute to the improvement of the studies in vocational education in Turkey.
