The mobility project: "Qualified Staff for a School of Tomorrow", submitted by St. Stanislav's Institution is directed at further professional development of the pedagogical staff. The majority of the mobilities are planned to enrich the professional knowledge and in a large sense also acquaint teachers with the contemporary and modern approaches towards education including ICT and others. A significant emphasis is also put on developing the pedagogical methods of teaching foreign languages (especially English), both for the primary and secondary school. Besides the above, one of the more important goals of the mobilities project is also developing the instruction of natural sciences in the gymnasium and further advancing the teaching model of outdoor learning in the primary school. The outdoor learning concept has undergone significant advances in the last couple of years and has been developing through the various projects we have taken up. We would like our professors to take full advantage of the opportunities presented to them and relay the knowledge and experiences within their groups and our institution as a whole. Some activities are also planned with respect to anticipated strategic changes to the curriculum and in some segments they are open towards the broader professional public interested in this field. There is a broad dissemination scheme prepared to multiplicate the outcomes within our institution as well as in the general public. Interesting for the broader European concept is also the plan of dissemination for other foreign institutions that we cooperate with. These include a Norwegian school in a common primary school project on outdoor learning and a consortium of schools headed by a school in Wellington that our secondary school cooperates with in a linguistic project that we are about to submit to the KA 2 of the Erasmus + program.
