Using New Technologies to Promote Children Health in the Cross- Border Region

The aim of this project is the scientific collaboration between the two countries, in order to assess and eventually mitigate the problems from the increase of obesity and cardiovascular diseases in the general population starting from the infancy, in the crossborder area.The project will provide insight into the distribution of important diet and lifestyle related diseases and disorders in children of 8-12 years and, based on the obtained results, will apply a targeted information campaign for the population.
