The project proposal "Manage your future" will realized in partnership between four organizations - the Association "Youth united campaign 2014" in Bulgaria, "Cronoworld-Projectos de Cidadania, CRL" from Portugal, "Anima Art Studio" from Poland and "Magna Carta no" from Slovakia. Planned mobility is for a period of 13 days (on 01.25.2016 - 02.06.2016) In the town of Shumen, which aims to predostavimshans 60 young people aged 15-25 years to undergo training in financial literacy, which will enhance their opportunities for adequate work with personal funds, budgeting, management of risk factors that affect the finances.The main goal of the project lies in literacy and increasing knowledge and skills of young people in finance, which will contribute to their future personal and professional growth.The specific objectives of this project proposal include:- Financial literacy of 60 young people from Bulgaria,Portugal, Poland and Slovakia.- Develop new skills that will build competitive young people through informal methods of training;- Strengthening the values ​​of solidarity, cooperation and tolerance by working in a multicultural environment;- Capacity building, providing the knowledge necessary for successful realization of the labor market;- To familiarize the participants with the program "Erasmus +" which is focusing precisely to tackle youth unemployment and building social capital to be successful in the labor market.With the project "Manage your future" we think that will prepare young people for their future professional and personal development and encourage their initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.Participants will have the opportunity to get to know new cultures, to communicate with peers from foreign countries, which will contribute to the development of their communication skills and work in a multicultural team.The "Manage your future" comply fully with the targets set in the program "Erasmus +" - to promote efforts to tackle youth unemployment and building social capital to be successful in the labor market.Topics and methods of working with young people are taken entirely from non-formal education and include role plays, group discussions, training, trainings, workshops, cultural presentations, sessions for assessment and analysis of the project, which will help develop the abilities and skills communication in the work environment will enhance the professional skills and build them as competitive personalities of the labor market.
