Upgrade your Start is an international youth exchange dedicated to young people facing problems and dilemas related to their career path. The exchange will last 7 days, involving 44 people from 7 countires and will take place in Rajcza - in a very beautiful nature surrounding. Through various methods we will try to explore terms like: start up, success, coaching, creativity, passion, motivation, innovation and enterpreneurship. The purpose of the exchange is to integrate young people from different part of Europe and show the differences and similarities of new forms of employment. We would like to encourage youth to think about career in more creative way by paying attention on their skills and passion. As result of the exchange we would like to publish an online guide which content will be developed during the weekly activities. It will include tips such as : how to create CV, how to write a business plan , how to motivate ourselves and finally how to start up in both meanings the career path and the new business model. Also we would like to include handful infopack with links, adresses, portals and webapages which might be helpful for the future.
