This project "UPDATE IS BETTER FOR ME , FOR YOU , FOR THEM " is created to improve skills in the design of international employees and partners of the Consortium CESAF . In particular, it will be dedicated to two human resources who for years has worked specifically to manage international projects both on behalf of the Consortium CESAF or on behalf of the member companies . The Consortium CESAF in fact operates not only in direct charge but also provides business consulting to associated companies. The objectives of this project can be summarized in three points: 1) Update the personnel involved in mobility in the field of international design , 2) Improve overall skills of all company personnel as international projects are often a group effort by all staff , not just the two project leaders who will be the subject of mobility , and 3) continue the path of continuing education CESAF that the Consortium has adopted a number of years and who consistently demonstrates its fruits . Participants subject of mobility are the two project leaders of the international activities of the Consortium CESAF . In particular, an employee of the Training Manager CESAF and a contributor to contract work as Project Manager. Project activities include the preparation training activities scheduled for September with the support of training provider with whom we are already in contact and is providing us with the material preparatory activities that will be held in September. Following the formation of September will be activated on the spot an interactive feedback system that will keep us in touch with the supplier until the end of the project. It will be the primary commitment of the candidates prepare properly , follow all the lessons of the course , writing down the main elements and actively participating and interacting with the provider of teaching until the end of the project . After the mobility they will prepar a final report of the experience in which write the details of the training course as per internal procedure of CESAF and the Model "Report Approval ". Within the report will show many aspects such as: the ability to involve the organization of the course , the preparation, the welcome, the factors that have increased the level of learning of the participant , the concepts are already known, the new concepts learned, the methods used , how it intends to adopt the concepts learned in their lessons , etc ... That report , delivered to the Registered Manager and shared with the entire staff of CESAF , will be the result of a discussion / meeting with colleagues in order to share good and bad experience. Everything will then be recorded in the register of Learning Consortium CESAF Sc and made available to the teaching and organizational CESAF Sc staff.
