Our project was about the youth group exchange which lasted 9 days and was situated in Slovakia.The target group of our project were young people at the age of 13-18 years. It was Czech-Slovak meeting of 30- members group. The output of our project was common rules of friendship and solidarity, which became the legend of both organisations and they were disseminated between youth groups. The expected impact was the acquirement of competitions, by which they were able to communicate assertively and they acquired teamwork, due to which they were able to prevent conflicts within their group and to its surrounding. They were able to listen and to appreciate people, with whom they were in contact, increasing their self - reflection. Due to the obtained solidarity they realized that between each person exists the indenpendence and the problem of one person must be also the problem of another one and how important is mutual understanding and proper social dialogue not only for the function of that group, but for the relations at each level. They learnt how to receive the differences of others and empathy towards them. These are all skill which they positively used also in other groups, they made them a foundation for their successful application in the future, the building pillar for a healthy social surroundings between youth groups and other members of society. Members of participating organisations received experiences such as removing barriers and prejudicies between young people ,they were able to actively change their attitude, strengthen understanding and cooperation not only in their organizations, but also in the neighborhood. With their behaviour they can positively affect relations in their surrounding and spread social dialogue among youth groups.
