In view of Mons European Capital of Culture and Maubeuge Regional Capital of Culture in 2015, the partners provide technologically advanced services and products to the cross-border audience.To communicate on their actions, the partners mainly use digital technologies in respect of the environment.They offer online services and develop new and sustainable technological solutions. This makes the UDS project a model that can serve as an example to the other regions.
