Objectives of the project are:- to work with children with disabilities on individual programs, where the most important component is to prepare them to independent life in society - to provide support to the children to participate to cultural activities (music festivals, music classes and handiwork) and sports- to be an opportunity for them to meet european youngsters of their age.The volunteer will have the opportunity to develop her own projects and initiatives towards the children of Fidanjik center and the local community of Comrat, through the participation of local events and fairs together with Miras Moldova. The project will also be the opportunity to promote EVS, volunteering activities and european citizenship among the population and the youth of two rural territories, far away from the big european centers : Redon's district and Gagauzia. Thanks to a strong partnership after several project run together between Miras Moldova, this project will also be the opportunity to continue developing some links created by previous EVS volunteers of Redon between handicapped establishments of both areas (Fidanjik center in Moldoca and Foyer d'Allaire in France), links created especially between the publics of these organizations. These contacts are a really added value of this EVS project, as none of these organization has (for the moment) the skills in its staff members to develop such a communication "alone". However, such continuity of projects between our 2 areas and our organizations can be a start to develop specific projects including the handicaped public in the coming years.
