Understanding Autism

The objective of the project is strengthening of cross-border cooperation, implicitly the development of social welfare systems in the cities of Galati and Cahul, to meet the needs of children with autistic spectrum disordes. Achievements: Improved medico-social services provided in the cities of Galati and Cahul; Setting out an intervention model specific for children with autism; Experts in the field will be trained on specific methods and techniques used in working with autistic children; Existence of information centers on services that people with autism and their families can benefit from Galati and Cahul.
