The local context within which the Institute is characterized by: from a varied socio-cultural situation, in continuous development under the human, cultural and socio-economic aspects and composed of professionals, but also characterised by some obvious pockets of "poverty", not only economic, but also values and behavioural consistency which results in different forms of early school leavers;Training needs identified:PUPIL Alternative routes to motivate pupils to study, promote school success and combating early school leaving; Strategies to increase the sense of self-esteem and self-efficacy in students;Practical awareness of pupils towards formal learning through educational experiences of workshop and innovative.TEACHERS Acquire the skills necessary to:promote equity, social cohesion and active citizenship; reduce school abandonment and failure; ensure the educational success, the improvement of the key skills of the students and make learning truly effective for all by reducing the dropout rate, which is manifested in our institute with cases of failure, repeated years, occasional absences and / or continuing; improving educational and training offer as a whole raising levels of skills, participation and success of the students; increase the skills of teachers in relation to the use of ICT in everyday teaching.MANAGER modernization of school management and innovation school organization.The project is divided into 24 months: from 01/06/2015 to 01/06/2017.The first mobility, in Finland during the first year, will be dedicated to the training of teachers on the use of teaching methods that may lead students to a safe educational success avoiding failures leading cause of early school leaving.The methodological approach includes: Brainstorming, Problem Solving, Cooperative Learning, Group Discussions; Questioning; Lesson Planning, Audio-Visual Presentations, class flipped.During the second mobility, in the Belgium, the training will enable the acquisition of appropriate methodologies for the use of ICT in the curriculum hours: Knowing how to share and publish online content,Knowing how to organize and process the data in terms of a model of instructional design; Knowing how to use the technology to retrieve, analyze, process, reorganize and communicate information,Realize the computer-mediated communication tools and their use in the educational field,Knowing how to design a technological setting in operation of an educational activity: the case study.The experience and skills acquired by the teachers involved in the project will be fully capitalized. In fact, the teachers involved in the project will in turn assume the role of trainers within the School Committee and the Departments that what researchers / investigators. All this will result in a strategic multi-year commitment by our school that will include a) a phase of information, training, reflection and comparison between the new approaches of innovative teaching strategies and real teaching practices, the innovations in the field of construction of new paths of learning, the structure of the disciplinary and methodological choices;a phase of training and research, also aimed at limited groups of teachers led by trained teachers - then able to perform the function of entertainment, promotion, education research within the disciplinary departments - in the form of laboratory, with teaching experiments in class well defined and targeted to enable verification of the results;a phase of documentation of results and sharing of innovations more effective also in view of a larger dissemination within the school.The project is aimed to managerial staff and the teaching staff. In the first case the participation is aimed at implementing the management skills of the school manager in a perspective of promoting organizational innovation and improving the quality and effectiveness of education. In the second case the need to train teachers is given by considered necessary to improve and implement the strategies and teaching methods in use today in the IC Zumbini, through the acquisition of new teaching methods. Before the start of the mobility Evaluation Committee will prepare a dissemination plan to inform in detail the direct stakeholders and the indirect.At the end of the project will be organized a final event with the projection of videos, photos, PP presentation of different stages of training work, will share the work with all the teachers of the school, with parents and with school stakeholders in the area. A special area will be created on the site of the school, will prepare posters and brochures. A summary of the project including: context, objectives, methodology and results will be published on the platform Erasmus+ At the end of the project will be organized public events of presentation to create multiplier cascade effects
