Sant Roc School has been developing a project in pedagogic innovation in each and every one of its educational stages for many years. As school of 21st century is the school of the digital era, our centre considers that being at the vanguard in education and teaching is decisive, and this is why it wants its teachers to be formed in different innovation fields. Basic competences, multiple intelligences or the use of ICT as essential tools in classroom are constant in our school. All this allows a new modern and efficient learning that is trusted by around 750 families (1357 students). The insertion of digital boards in all our stages; the use of iPads in Primary, Secondary and A levels or the use of blogs, wikis and our own web are aspects that make us progress towards a dynamic and future school. For this reason our centre has the need to compare, learn and grow as precursor schools in countries like Finland or UK, which have a lot of experience in these matters. We consider that it is necessary to progress towards a common destiny; a diverse and complete school that allows our students to get on in the best way in the society that surrounds them, as well as to let them be happy in their particular and vital project. This is globalized Europe: a place with larger and closer communication ways, and with a linguistic and cultural variety that is worthy of well qualified teachers, with initiatives and many concerns. The organization of European mobility activities suggested by our centre has the following aims: - Recognizing or solving problems we could find from day to day and learn from solutions that other educational systems put into practice. Such as the introduction of new strategies that motivate students in their independent and effective learning; the school adaptation to the current social reality or the teaching usefulness in daily life. - Training a capable and qualified teacher, with resources to carry out the great project of education, being able to awaken interest and talents in students. - Increasing our centre’s learning quality from the point of view of its teachers’ training in efficient tools and methodologies in the current digital era we are in. - Publishing and checking our pedagogic innovation project in favour of being shared in short or long-term with other interested centres or organizations. Fulfilment of the suggested activities can have a great result in our school because they will allow knowing other pioneer and more efficient educational systems. Inspection and contact with these systems may offer improvements in our centre because they can be applied in the form of actions, practices, strategies or methodologies. Besides, in the future these activities can open cooperation bridges or information dissemination between schools of different countries and systems; because thanks to technology that current society provides us we can be closer to our educational colleagues in the distance.
