The project, addressed to teachers and school collaborators, is aimed to research new methodological and didactic approaches which fit foreign and adult students’needs with any or low education also in their mother-tongue (L1), development of welcoming techniques useful during the first contact between students and the CPIA, sharing and exchanging information concerning the job shadowing.The project has the following goals:1.Education for the administrative personnel, management team and collaborators for the sharing and exchange of useful practises during the observation phase.2.Education for teachers, during lectures in the hosting country, in order to gain skills concerning the job shadowing and new methodological approaches.3.Improvement of teachers’ linguistic skills in a full-immersion environment.4.Education for literacy teachers focused on the development of new and more effective didactic/learning tools concerning the reading and writing and the oral use of the L2 (second language) addressed to previous low or no educated students in their original countries.5. Exchange of relevant practises to acquire specific skills concerning the use of multimedia laboratories, e-learning tools etc.The subjects involved will be 21 units among the administrative personnel, teachers and managers.Timeline of the project: 1st-4th months: contacts with partners; preparation steps (interviews, expectation setting, SWOT analysis, etc.); language course; cultural seminars about the destination country.5th-21st months: Mobility. 10th, 16th, 22nd months: ongoing evaluation concerning the didactics and the budget; personal experience evaluation of the participants; skill improvement evaluation. 24th month: final evaluation and spreading of results.A web page will be created where the seminaries and initiatives will be published and promoted.Cooperations and partnerships with educational entities, both national and international, addressing to adult students will be realized.
