Our Institution Eyüp Aygar Science School whose aim is to give the highest scientific level of education among the other schools was founded in 1991.Totally we have 450 students and nearly 200 of them stay at the dormitory in our school premises.They are choosen according to the result of an exam called TEOG which is held by our Education of Ministry.Especially the intelligent but whose parents with difficulties prefer us because of ıts success.Our students do at least one project work every year and at least one project work must be indiviadually assigned as a graduation requirement to be in order to eligible as a Science High School which we,Eyup Aygar Science High School, are one of the High rated Science High School registered under Secondary Education Institution which follow national academic competitions. The grade of the national& international projects which prepared/or will be prepared by students, plays a vital role to enter a university. In our school, each student responsible of doing `performance homework` and `preparing a project` for every lesson in each term where 20 percent of them are optional subjects. In this respect, A student of Science High School can not be considered being out of lifecycle of a project. Because of being a project based school, we need to get ICT course, Project Management course and do job shadowing: In order to improve the quality of education at our school, to do the national and international projects successfully, to lead our students to do projects in science and social science fields by using innovative education technologies, to develop project management strategies to cope with the change required to use ICT effectively which is viewed as an important part of project's work, to be able to make lessons more interesting for both teachers and students, to increase students' motivation, to improve presentation of material, to make teaching more enjoyable, Our project;* We would like to learn how scientific method of research is managed in European countries and how major contribution is made to students when preparation of it comes to national and international project development and *With being part of this project our aim is to learn how our participants` consulation competence can be enhanced in respect of gaining innovative education methods on scientific studies during training*How to be ensured that students are aware of the process of scientific studies in the level of bachelor*To exchange knowledge and experience with the trainees who effectively manages scientific studies in Europe and encourage contribition of nationalities*Our participants who are willing to be a part of the project are open to change and further improvement after the mobility who would share the knowlegde to adopt to others *Who hold bachelor degree,*Who gained majoring in teaching,*Who participated in AB Comenius project also asisted and got approved during project,*Who mobilised in scope of LDV during EU projects, *Who consulted in TUBITAK projects,*Who contrubited and coordinated the TUBITAK Science Fair, *Who joined district exibition and placed in an international competition,*Who got trained 30 hour program in use of technology under FATIH Project, *Who attanded seminar of utilising internet consciously,*Who took consulting in science course 9 of our participants for job shadowing and 10 of them consist for attending a course/gain training.Our activities within the scope of the project describe as;• In the period of 14th -18th September 2015; attendance of Information and Communications Technology course in Prag • Between 21th and 27th of November 2015; Attendance of Project Management course in Madrid,Spain • Between 20th and 24th of April; attend to Liceo Scientifico Ulivi High School for job shadowing training During job shadowing in this project, we would like to gain as much as knowledge and methods of information and communication technology Strengthen our education system as well as bring to the same level of countries partnership strategy,With collaboration of educational Institutions with partners, this would help our quality improvement in education,Would strengthen and increase national and international projects quality in higher education and youth movements,Would increase the number of students who may drive profit in natioanl and international projects and place in those competitions,Higher lecture grade would gather by our students with improved education which project basis management, Number of increased projects and attendance can be seen call for projects from public and private enterprises such as TUBITAK ,To see the beauty and resources in the same matter and subject if different language and culture is involved. And our aim is to pass this experience in the nature of lesson life.
