HISTORY OF THE PROJECT As it is stated, solution of early school leaving and increasing of teenagers' employment take part in 2020 strategic plan of Europe committee. As it is known, ministry of education has planned to increase schooling period and make the promotion rate rise to %96 and make school leaving rate at 9 grades decrease to %5 by rising compulsory education to 12 years. In this context, in our school, there was a great amount of early school leaving and academic success was not achieved to acquired level. With this reason, 2 year-development plan which would be gained language sufficiency, educational psychological methods entitled increasing academic profesionalisation to EU standards with international interaction was planned. In this content, 12 staff has carried out 13 mobility. Among there, 9 of them was about language education, 4 of them was about to decrease of early school leaving. Önder IŞIK, one of the participants, attended to a language course beforehand. The participant, who made progress in his English proficiency level, has been a contact person since the previous contact person was appointed to another school. the participant was chosen to preventing early school leaving education by school administration and he was sent to the course with another trainee as the participant improved his language skill development. Also, the project contact person, Sibel Şancı was appointed. As Nazilli Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, we do not see it as a deprivation, but as a dissemination activity. Because our friends will continue to share their experiences and information that they gained. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT _ To specify the students who have risk of early leaving _ To increase our students motivation to the lessons, who are failure at the school, by encouraging our staff to use e-twinng portal and new teaching methods. _ To have team spirit at our school by attending international project. _ To practice good education practices which are learned from academician who come from different foreign countries. THE RESULTS AND EFFECTS OF OUR PROJECT The experience and acculturation from the course develop our individual perspective about the aspect of Europe and education techniques. This has positive effect on our international communication, multiculturalism, progress of foreign languages and the rate of academic achievement according to total quality management. The experience about multiple intelligence, interdisciplinary cooperation, learning by doing and experience was gained from the course which is gained preventing early school leaving. Popularizing operation has been executed by transferring information into our staff about this matter. Especially the educations in Holland, we observed that the school’s material conditions, its garden, and its building and also its hostel are very important for the students’ motivations so they have been improved. The activities which are done with the students helped them about doing successful things so our staff and students performed “Sapling (tree) planting project”. The governor of our city and the other government officers joined our activity and thus the students had a chance to meet and see the government officers and planted the trees together. In this way it was aimed to connect between the students and our school. There is no doubt that the graduation is very important for a student and also the graduation ceremony is a crown of all tiredness and all sacrifices. To experience this moment (graduation ceremony) is very important for the students and their families. This moment is a target for them and this ceremony is a concrete condition of the target. In this year,2016, it has been organized the first graduation ceremony since our school was opened, for 47 years. And this means of this graduation ceremony, we would guess that it help us to aim that our students who want to go on their school. Next year, we are going to move a new school building and so by means of our new school and our elicited experience and knowledge, we aim to decrease the risk of early school leaving.
