Greveskogen upper secondary school sends this application because over time we have learned that practice abroad gives students a professional and personal development beyond what we can achieve with practice in Norway. Our vision is that education should provide "good experiences and knowledge for life" and this project is an effort to achieve this.In education for chef -and waiter is the goal of bringing knowledge and skills in the subject:- Treatment of various raw materials and products used in irish cuisine- Cooking methods, comparing cooking methods they have learned in school with those used by the deployment period- Hygiene - safe food. Compare and how differences in Norway and Ireland. Students will stay with host families and will get a good knowledge of Irish familylife and culture.
