When human history is examined, the contribution of gifted and talented individuals in the development of civilization and technology, in the level of science is undeniable. Based on the principle of equality in education it will be for the benefit of our country and humanity to contribute to the education of gifted children in our country, to determine that they have the superior capabilities, to develop these capabilities, to steer correctly and to meet the needs of these individuals. Since the gifted and talented individuals have the potential to accomplish important tasks for human history with correctly configured education. This case leads the gifted and talented individuals to be evaluated as divergent or even problematic individuals in the community. Teachers that will guide and counsel the gifted individuals need to have some qualifications. When we think of education as a system it seems that teacher is the one of the most important parts of this system. Thus, the selection, the training and the features of a teacher are very important. Scientific studies on this subject show that academic achievement and attitude of students develop parallel with teachers’ qualifications. Some features of the teachers who will provide education to gifted have gained importance such as characteristics, knowledge and skills, sufficiency feelings (individualized), pedagogical formation, background knowledge and instructional strategies and methods . In our country, school curricula have been prepared taking the overall student profile into consideration. This mood leads to atrophy of talents of the gifted individuals over the time. Thus, our most important human resource is lost without providing any benefits to society. Our teachers are required to have specific competence to detect our human resource lost in the system and the proper training. To increase our teachers’ competences a program is planned to observe parts of the education of gifted implemented in Europe, to be informed about the attitudes of gifted individuals, to be familiar with the learning styles of gifted individuals, to develop teachers’ pedagogical skills having Multiple Intelligences model of practice instead of the classical methods they used in their fields, as a result of the implementation of multiple intelligences model to make students fell that they are important and at the center so the relationship with teachers will strengthen, to be aware of the gifted people with the help of multiple intelligence theory and to use the Multiple Intelligence Theory in Education of the Gifted in order to observe the teaching methods to be used in the gifted. This program includes 12 teachers in our center, those concerned plan to observe Europe Related work in this field and transfer first to the other teacher in our center and then all the other teachers in our city. Teachers will create a new curriculum with experience in the program. The satisfaction of our students and the curriculum created by the Multiple Intelligences will be increased to the desired level. Thus, the students will be successful.
