Each partner of the project broadened their knowledge, developed skills and gained experience, needed while acting at the international level. The school’s representatives and representatives of the partner got to know people brought up in the different culture, which should stimulate their sensitivity for intercultural dialogue issues, customs diversity and diverse code of conduct in the European countries. Thanks to the realization of the project, our school gained experience in international cooperation and strengthened its recognition among young people, which should result in more efficient recruitment process.
