The project of the Johannes - Paul II - Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych in Lipsk is called: "We learn and work in Europe". Our school is well known for the successful execution of DPJW programs and the programs of the European social fond (POWER 2014), therefore we want to offer our students the next interesting project according to the Erasmus+ program. The project is arranged for our students aged 16 – 20 . They are educated to diet technicians for gastronomical services. The project starts at the 01.06.2015 and ends at the 01.06.2017. The learners will be accompanied by a german speaking teacher in Germany. They will work in 3 to 4 stars hotels. The high quality of the hotels, where the students will do their internship, improves the development of professional competences. The participants will learn to work on the highest European level and will get the chance to develop linguistic and social skills. They will communicate with native German speakers while working in a foreign environment. Our school will gain significance on the regional education market and offers young people an better chance of education. The surrounding area will get experienced co-workers with practical abilities in gastronomical service of German guests with high requirements. The interest of our local companies for the project supports the employment of our graduates. That influences the decrease of the high unemployment in our region. Before the internship starts there will be intensive linguistic, mental, cultural, pedagogical, professional and organisational preparation. The dates for the 4week internships are July 2016 and March 2017. Because of the trip to Dresden and a short visit of Eisenach the participants will learn about the culture and history of Germany. For participation only experienced partners are chosen. With these partners we also realise other mobilities according to the ESF POWER 2014 program. The team of partners includes 5 establishments of small and middle-sized companies: the Johannes - Paul II - Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych in Lipsk, the Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH, the Waldhotel Berghof, Hotel Linderhof and the Forsthaus Thiemsburg. The German main partner the Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH, coordinating the project in Thuringia , signed the memorandum of understanding. Our school deals with the coordination of the project in Poland. In hotels the participants will take part in an internship. The accommodation, the catering and the tutor will be ensured. The learners will be educated by the best specialist of the branch. The project is based on the priorities of the Erasmus+ program and on the document "die Verpflichtung zur Gewährleistung der Qualität der Mobilität ", which is a part of the learning agreement with the use of the ECVET system. It will be signed by the students after the choosing. The participants will graduate the internship with the Europass mobility, the certificate by the main partner SHW and with the attestation about finishing the preparation. The participation in the project of German teachers as supporting persons and professional teachers gives the students the possibilty to increase their linguistic and professional qualification and gain new experiences to prevent the Burnout-syndrom. In order to make the advantages longlasting the project will be evaluated constantly and its results will spread wide on the portal of the European comission.
