The participants of the project: "Creative Teacher in the European School" will be teachers employed at the ZSP School in Somonino.The needs of the participants: the development of professional competence in the use of ICT in education process and also the development of communication skills in English.The needs of school: raising the effectiveness of education in preparing graduates for external examinations and for the labour market (training key skills) and implementation of the strategy of internationalization of the school.The aim of the project is to answer the needs of the participants on the development of professional competence, social and personal, which serve also improve the quality of school work.Detail objectives:- development of professional competence of teachers - enrichment workshop skills, learning and implementing new forms and methods of teaching - in particular the use of ICT in teaching and the organizing of the teacher's work as well as the methods of teaching a foreign language; experience exchange with teachers from other countries (12 people);- increase of the attractiveness of the learning process through the use of new technologies and methods of teaching (ICT, teaching of foreign languages);- increasing the students’ involvement in the classroom;- increase the effectiveness of education both the general and vocational ones - an increase in students’ educational results and also an increase in external examinations results;- to gain knowledge about the functioning and organization of education systems in partner countries - the Netherlands, Malta;- contact with the culture and national heritage of the partner countries;- motivating the teaching staff for self-development (100% of staff);- development of the personnel’s key competencies - communication in a foreign language - English (12 people);- increase of the social competence - personal: communication skills, team work, problem solving, openness, creativity, entrepreneurship, mobility (12 people);- equal opportunities – enabling the staff an efficient use of intellectual resources of a united Europe, through the development of communication skills in English; greater possibilities for training and career development (12 people);- to increase both the work motivation and work satisfaction;- evaluation of the School Teacher Self training system;- increase the attractiveness of teachers on the labour market (12 people);- strengthening cooperation with partner institutions - the exchange of experiences, cooperation in implementing next European projects;- efficient use of human school resources - increasing the number of employees who are actively involved in the implementation of next European projects (approx. 70% of staff);- increase the attractiveness of the school neighbourhood;- building the European image of school - in methods and forms of work with young people and in staff qualifications;- equipment a graduate with key competencies and prepare them for the labour market, by giving him chances for education based on new technologies of information and -communication and highly competent teaching staff;- implementation of internationalization of the school.The project provides 12 mobility a "job-shadowing" type - two visits of 6 persons in 2 partner countries (Netherlands, Malta).Results:- the project participants will acquire and will improve knowledge and skills: communication in a foreign language (English); knowledge of available information and communication technologies; exploitation at work of ICT tools; the organization of educational process with the use of new technologies; knowledge of the culture and heritage of the partner countries; knowledge of the organization and functioning of education systems in partner countries; social competence - personal: communication skills, team work, problem solving, openness, creativity, entrepreneurship, mobility. Final Products: Evaluation system will be subjected to School Teacher Self training system - a coherent with the needs of schools and teachers expectations in a long-term support system for professional development. 4 scenarios of lessons using ICT tools, 2 tutorials lessons, presentations and reports from trips.- Long-term benefits: improving the quality of school work (in the field of general and vocational education); increase the attractiveness and importance of the school in the local, regional and international level.Implementation of the project is to introduce modern teaching methods (using ICT) and to raise the level of motivation to learn foreign languages. Participants will receive certificate of participation in the project and the Europass Mobility - confirming the acquired competence. Participants will make a self-assessment of learning outcomes and the school will make validation.
