The most important goals of the project are: - improving vocational competence of our students - enhancing self-reliance and self-confidence - showing new dimension of practical education - improving language skills - enhancing intercultural and European awareness - overcoming stereotypes concerning work market - enhancing motivation for further education and self-education. Apart from gaining practical knowledge, during their stay abroad, our students will have the possibility of getting familiar with the culture of the country that they will go to. This will happen not only at their work places (e.g. group going to England will stay at host families) but also during cultural trips. As a part of preparation process there will be pedagogic, culture and language classes. Main duties of the project partners are: - the sending organization is obliged to recruit participants and prepare them to their training abroad - the host organizations are obliged to provide work places and logistic support in their countries (accommodation, meals, local transport, etc.) - both, sending and host organizations are obliged to cooperate on preparing detailed training programmes, to monitor and evaluate the project, and to disseminate project results in their countries. The monitoring and evaluation of the project will happen systematically during the entire project and after it is finished. In order to monitor students’ progress their work diaries will be checked regularly and also the teacher will discuss with students their everyday work. Student and employer surveys, analysis of work diaries and certificates will be used during the process of project evaluation. We assume that the most vital effects of the project will be increase in language competences, professional expertise, and higher self-confidence of the participants. Also, we assume that the cooperation between project partners will increase as a result of this project.
