Turystyka w międzynarodowej praktyce zawodowej

The project was prepared by the Zespół Szkół Zawodowych nr 2 in Białystok and the German partners. It’s named „Tourismus in internationaler Berufspraxis”. It starts at the 1st September 2016 and ends at the 31st August 2018. 20 students, divided in 2 groups, take part in our project. The dates are: 28.09.2017 -27.10.2017 1st group, 10.05.2018 – 8.06.2018 2nd group. Each group embodys 10 students (1st to 3rd class from the Technicum) who learn technician for hotel buisness.The details were discussed by the schoolmaster and the german main partner SHW during a workshop in Thuringia in december 2015. The project is based on the principles of the ECVET-system. The acquired skills can be evaluated and confirmed – documents like the Europass-Mobility and the Europass language pass can be accepted by polish and european employer. The graduates of the project will get in addition a certificate with marks, given by SHW.The most important aspects of the cooperation are formulate in documents like the Memorandum of Understanding and the Learning Agreement.Before the departure preparation courses for the students are ensured: mental (aadditional visit of representatives of the SHW in the school), linguistical and cultutral.Within the foreign internship the students are improving their professional, linguistical, social and cultural knowledge. The project partners are 6 hotels and gastronomical establishments: SHW as the main partner and receiving establishment and following hotels: Herzog Georg, Brauhaus zum Löwen, Waldhotel Berghof, Hotel Rennsteig and Waldschlösschen Wangen.The project includes:a) Development of key competencies- communication in polish and german- social skills- cultural awareness- use of a PC- ability to learn, use new techinical devices for learning Germanb) Collect experience and professional skills, broaden the horizonc) Students get to know the work in a german company in comparison to polish companiesd) Development of team capabilitye) Compensation of education, social and life chancesf) Use of theoretical knowledge in practice, comparison of polnish occupational training standards and the german Dual occupational training, more practical tasks ( supplement of the „gap” in the voccational training)g) Transfer of the gained information and experiences to other audiences (Use in the professional lessons – better quality of the lessons)h) Development of the international cooperation of the school – sustainable results, realization of the development strategy of the school on an international leveli) Boost of the school reputation and prestige in the areaj) Better cooperation of the school with the job market, get to know the needs of the employers k) Acceptance of the gained competencies with the elements of ECVETl) Further digitalisation of the school educationThanks participate in a foreign internship the students increase professional and key skills – they are developing linguistical competencies, broaden their horizon, get broad-minded, experience the daily life, mind-set and conventions of Germany. They not only feel like a polish citizen but also as an European citizen. They get more attractive on the job market and be more confident. The local job market gather qualified staff and the society – cultural citizens.The school will be the preferred professional school for graduates of the Gymnasium. The project enables the Europeanization of the education offer in the school.Our teachers, tutors and staff of the school broaden their knowledge in the area of project management and are developing competencies. The school use their knowledge for preparation and realization of further Erasmus+ projects.
