Europe 2020 Strategy is based on sustainable growth and employment which depends knowledge and innovation. Development level of countries, affects differences in the production process and also their understanding of professional and technical skills acquisition in a lifelong learning framework. Our school that aims to educate qualified personnel for the tourism sector is aware that one of the most important requirements of sector is specialized education and training on human power. Our project that makes a difference in a competitive environment for our students and staff will improve their capacity by improving their professional knowledge and skills. The international dimension in professional organizations beyond the local and sectoral boundaries will allow to increase the transfer of innovations and describe innovation in the tourism sector in promoting cooperation. These gains at the same time will contribute to their work areas to cope with their competitors.         Under the project, total of 30 students and 6 attendants (2 vocational and 2 foreign language teachers and coordinator) in our school that providing education in the field of Tourism and Hospitality Management will do mobilities to Spain and Germany. While sudents get training in the fied of gastronomy, hopitality and housekeeping, teachers will do job shodowing in practising places of the host organisations. For the project take it's course, project coordination team has been established from the application process and the academic and statistical survey related to field have been conducted and discussed with the Association of Tourism Human Resources to analyz the needs. Since the project's acceptance, the commission members will already know what to do step by step. Host partners have also shared draft of the program with us.        After evaluation of each activity,  the project outcomes will be shared with internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the dissemination plans. This output will also be the preliminary study of future projects. European mobility and cooperation plan will not be limited to this project, strategic partnerships will be established, contacts with the the schools or instutitons for an internship and students' mobility and / or guiding studies on employment will continue. Thus, it will open the way to international employment. This will contribute the improvement of the status and quality vocational and technical education and as well as contacting the international organizations involved in vocational and technical education.      The project will make a major contribution to the strategic development of our school in the short and long term. The expected two main impact in terms of the participants are ' the development of internationalization and professional skills'. But significantly, intercultural competences and personal development are expected to increase. Project achievements will contribute to; the improvement of the qualifaction of teachers and administrators, strengthening the ties between vocational training and labor market, increasing the the quality of vocational and technical education, increasing the efficiency and attractiveness. To observe good practices in European countries will also increase the added value of our organization, the brilliant and innovative ideas of our students' and staffs' and entrepreneurship. In the short term, even the idea of our students' taking part in the project has increased the their energy and motivation.
