Our project includes 10 , 11 and 12 grades who receive basic vocational training education and training service, the kitchen branch and study in Gerze Hotel and Tourism High School. Project participants consist of 15 students. Two teachers for vocational courses have been included as a companion due to the reasons of participants not be adult ,to be able to control them and the project to be beneficial in abroad. The name of our project , '' İnvestment to the Tourism Education in Future'' . Our project is a project of Vocational Education student and staff mobility . Our project is an internship activities . Overseas operations is one month . Project participants will join in London, England in the field of food and beverage service training activities in a la carte restaurant . Hotels located in tourism sector in our country, work with all inclusive system because they are not given importance to the quality of the service , our students do internships at such places without providing any benefit . Students in accommodation departments attend an internship during the continuous service of food and beverage department or at the bar . Because of difficult situations of their works, students may have negative impacts on themselves in terms of their future professional life . As a result, after graduation our students may not have bright view about working on tourism sector. . Internship training activities for participants' future professional life is very important. Such activities are a good investment in the future for the participants . Therefore, internship need to improve the quality of education activities .They need to improve the quality of vocational education . All these reasons, the need for such a project is overheard . Vocational training so that project participants will increase their knowledge and skills . Thus, for the participants of this project a good investment for future professional life will be . Participants will go a la carte restaurant in the country will also do an internship in the kitchens of their schools and at the hotels in their country . In this way, the destination country of the new service techniques , new cooking techniques and their presentation will be learnt . This project is to improve the quality of education and tourism , to increase professional knowledge and skills . Tourism industry qualified , skilled who work , cultivate innovative intermediate elements learning new professional techniques and practices . Obtained at the end of the project document and in future professional life to create new business opportunities and provide employment opportunities . The project participants to speak the official language of the destination country and provide the opportunity to practice . Get to know the culture of the destination country . In introducing the culture of our country has its own cultural interaction . Participants in the tourism sector of our project is aimed to provide positive in perspective . Gerze hotel and tourism high school participants and accompanying persons to perform the project will go to in London, England on 18/04/2015
