Our project that supports professional development in the health field was structured in coordination of our project owner school Sehmus Sultan Tatlıcı Anatolian Vocational School of Health and in local partnerships İzmir Bergama Anatolian Vocational School of Health. Our participants are consisting of 16 students in Emergency Medical Services 11.-12.Class in our project owner Institution and 16 students in Nursery 11.-12.Class in local partner in local institution, total 32 students. With our project patients, injured and their relatives with psychological support training that our students will receive education from Emergency Medical Services, it is expected to increase their professional skills and whereby to be a unit being active in the reduction of violence in health. With the development of technology there have been significant advances in the diagnosis of disease. In nursing area, learning of new applications which is implemented for patient’s necessity appeared. For this reason it is intended nurses who will help physicians in the diagnosis of disease, to develop of knowledge and skills and becoming quality personnel’s. Within our project which aimed at developing the professional skills of the participants , our participants with foreign partners host cooperation’s will close the differences between theory-practice information by receiving practical training of theoretical training modules they receive. For the purposes of our project the education that participants will receive is formed and the activity plans were prepared for this training. During the execution of the project our project commission will take all initiatives, on the other hand will be in collaboration with local and foreign partners. Will be undertaken all financial, logistical and administrative responsibility of project. After the end of our project, our commission will be carried out dissemination activities and the potential impacts of the project will be evaluated. With our project dissemination, in health education especially in the field of Nursing and Emergency Medical Services in addition to the development of professional skills the development of institutions will take place among the effects of the project.
