In a context where vocational training is a competitive factor in the workplace to achieve the quality of services, participation in this project contributes greatly to the mobilization and involvement of employees in organizational change in order to improve performance through greater autonomy and responsibility, in addition to the acquisition of multiple skills, motivation, values and attitudes of receptivity to change, thus creating a culture of service-oriented continuous improvement with the permanent adoption of innovative practices in the international context, in order to achieve performances of excellence.The group will consist of 4 employees aged between 39 and 58 years, graduates in Management, Business Communication, History, Geography, Travel Information, International Relations and Social Sciences.The action will be held in the context of training for 5 days.It is intended that this project has an impact not only directly on the participants involved in terms of improved personal performance and professional and career prospects but also to an organizational level, thus contributing to emerge and consolidate new partnerships and enhance cultural changes and productivity of culture, total quality and customer service.
