The Transnational Vocational Counselling project will enhance existing training for vocational guidance counsellors with regard to the provision of European or transnational guidance. A detailed post-graduate education programme will, as such, be developed for counsellors in the field of Euroguidance.Initial analysis will be undertaken to clarify the current demands on guidance counsellors with regard to transnational guidance, beyond this an enhanced professional profile will be developed to include additional key skills necessary for the new role of Euro-counsellor.In addition to the new Euro-counsellor profile, support materials will be developed to include both Lecturers Notes and a Student Guidebook. All materials will be produced in paper-based and electronic formats, both in EN and across all partner languages (PL, DE & HU).To promote the products and results of the project, specific marketing materials (folders) will be produced for circulation across the existing Euroguidance network of National Resource Centres for Vocational Guidance. Further dissemination is proposed through existing partner networks and through presence at a range of national and transnational guidance forums.
