This project is framed within a process of critical thinking concerning the teachers and the education centre management team about the pedagogical innovation needs regarding the particular characteristics of the students (diverse abilities, origin and socioeconomic situation) and expectations of a meaningful and alive teaching. The teachers who are eager to take part in this project are the ones involved in the willingness of centre’s internalization and teaching innovation, adding to the challenge of observation in the implementation of new pedagogical and methodological approaches. Some of these teachers have largely been developing research work concerning new methodological training and educational practice in other European countries. The main activities of the project are as follows: selection of the participants, group discussion and implementation of the necessary devices for participants’ training (research on new methodologies, language instruction, execution of educational activities in Finland and Iceland), assessment activities’ completion, spreading and debate of the results and implementation of the learning with administrative and financial management together. The methodology used is basically active and critical, based on research, the visit on the premises with groundbreaking methodological experiences in other European countries and the thinking plus the implementation of the learning. We give prominence to the participant’s observation and the establishment of networks among the participants and these ones among future partners from other countries. The expected results and impact are the following ones: Improvement of the the teacher´s skills, resulting in a Methodological renovation and implementation in the centre of these new methodologies. Enhancement of the educational achievements and academic failure. Upgrade of the capacities to manage the centre, taking into account, above all, the implementation of active teaching. Improvement of the relationships with centres from other countries. Advancement of the language abilities and culture approach.
