Transfer of the innovation of expert methodologies for the qualification of eco-efficiency matters in the SME and combate the climatic change

The project has transfered a training method for unemployers and workers applied to SMEs that from the mutual interest has favoured following objectives: 1. Unemployers’ access to the first place of work. 2. Unemployers’ and workers’ expert qualification in eco-efficiency matter for its implementation to SMEs. 3. Workers’ labour improvement based on the knowledge acquired and results validated. 4. The use of TICs by SMEs and workers as support tools to the lifelong-learning training in eco-efficiency matter applied to SMEs. 5. To generate more added value for SMEs (energy consumption reduction, environmental impacts and emissions to the atmosphere) through the training of their workers in eco-efficiency matter; which favour the fight against climate change. The partnership composition (ES, AT, SK, DE) and its specialization ambits (training, TICs, enterprise, gender maestraiming and environment) and its multi-agent feature (public authorities, commerce chambers, SMEs, experts in environment and training experts); were key elements guaranteeing the achievement of the objectives and the following results: a)Expert qualification in “applying eco-efficiency measures in SMEs" (“PREPARE” and “OPTIMA”) of 20 unemployers (intermediate technical degrees) who subsequently have trained workers of at least 20 multi-sectoral SMES. BPs and BATs have been applied too as a joint learning process. As result of this training process quantified savings related to energy consumption and reduction of emissions to the atmosphere have been obtained. b)Dissemination of the methodology and training contents through the project home page, as basis for the international training of workers in e-Learning modality; and the creation of an international observatory open to SMEs, public authorities and institutions. c)Publications of patterns, results, specific products for dissemination and events for the project valorisation at European level and by key target sectors; and a scope higher than 250 authorities, 1000 SMEs, 4000 workers and 100.000 people. As specific tool in support of the results valorisation strategy it highlights as virtual work site, the creation of a “counter register” of economic savings and of emissions reduction to the atmosphere, obtained by the participating SMEs and the European entities adhering the international observatory of the project to reach the widest scope in benefit of the transfer of results through inductive methodologies based in eco-efficiency principles and for the reinforcement of the project corporate image.
