Many training companies in the region to appreciate the advantages of adolescents with intercultural and linguistic competencies and control increasingly aim to provide their trainees those abroad and experience.The project TRANS (EU) REGIO - mobile offers mainly vocational schools in the health and care sector the opportunity to gain training and work experience abroad. The following goals for the participants are the focus:- Getting to know the operational reality abroad- The independent release of a project task,- The deepening of professional experience,- Improving their language skills and social-communicative skills through intercultural cooperation and- To experience the country-specific advantages and disadvantages of forms of training and specialist knowledge and understanding.This practical addition to vocational training is a way to facilitate young people after school to start your career and give mobile young people better employment opportunities. However, the project aims to raise awareness for stays abroad.These are in addition to 40 trainees with 8 employees who are responsible for training, experience abroad. The aim here is to gain a greater understanding and greater openness to social, linguistic and cultural diversity to be able to give better support and promote activities to promote the mobility of students in the future and a higher motivation and satisfaction in their daily work.
