The Project "Training to educate" of Maria Auxiliadora School (Salesian) in Zaragoza is our first experience and it seeks to respond to the needs with the primary aim to increase the quality of our school. This is a clear objective marked in our strategic framework: Education and Training 2020.The project will last 24 months, from the 1st of June 2016, covering the academic years 2016-17 and 2017-18.It will involve 10 members of different levels of our educational centre. The mobilities will be done through two training providers: one Polish and one British. There will be 4 six-day courses. In the first CLIL course, bilingual teachers, will learn new teaching methods and how to develop new contents and new materials in CLIL context.Another type of leadership will be for management members of the team, they will improve leadership skills and how to manage both, human and material resources. The third point will concern ICT, in this case teachers will know the usefulness and the empowering of digital tools in the classroom and at the organizational level too.And another course will regard teacher’s motivation; they will improve their personal and professional development that will produce benefits for students. In our centre was the project team who has been responsible for the search of our priority needs; they run this analysis after an examination made by the management team. The results that we want to obtain are:- Teachers with difficulties using these new technologies in the classroom will understand the benefit of those operations.- Management team will manage differently and more profitable the resources for the good of our school.- There will be a promotion of a better working environment between colleagues- Use of programming and contents adapted to the CLIL methodology- Greater involvement in acquiring better languages skills with the aim to improve the level of a foreign language and participation in future projects.- More dynamic and interactive teaching methods that will increase students’and teachers’ motivation. The final outcome of all these actions will allow María Auxiliadora School (Salesian) of Zaragoza to offer a higher quality education.
