In February 2008 the human resource development project implemented in theframework of a Hungarian-Romanian partnership with the joint aim of trainingregional development experts, of strengthening partnership between the institutionsof Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County and Satu Mare County and of completing thepreparatory work related to joint Hungarian-Romanian cross-border projects wassuccessfully completed. Altogether 35 people from the partner counties attended thetraining. Project visits were also organised in the framework of the project during whichthe participating experts could observe exemplary development projects implementedin other regions. The project was closed with a conference where the participantsreceived their accredited certificates.
