The project aimed to create an environment for youngsters characterized by aconstructive, joyful life philosophy rather than by addiction and self-destructivebehaviours. The project strategy involved supplanting addiction and the drugproblem in the form of informal free time activities. During the activities, mastering anumber of skills received great emphasis: youngsters should be aware of the harmfuleffects of drugs; be able to make the right decisions; protect themselves from drugs;learn to say no for peer pressure; have a game culture that the realization of the objectivementioned should not cause a problem; develop their debating skills and argumentsystems to a level so as to have a wholesome effect on their friends as well.
