With this project we intend to fulfill the needs of local trainings, which are scarce in the region due to constraints from the surrounding community which is a deprived area, and stigmatized by the character of interiority and desertification , thus contradicting restrictive and discriminating factors, and also allow students to contact with other cultures , realities and labour systems in the scope of their studies. The intermediary partner will be the company INTERNSPLUS and as host partners -Irish companies, during the month of May 2014, so a period of 4 weeks. The main objectives that we intend to achieve is to provide students with tools related to the areas of their study, to enable them to develop their professional activity, in a highly competitive global space , namely: Environmental and Rural Tourism technician: know the resources and potentialities of local and regional tourism; collaborate in disseminating the local and regional tourism offers; participate in the dissemination of local and regional food heritage , contributing to the development of brands and products from the region; promote the natural areas and rural areas; participate in awareness and environmental and cultural preservation, contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the people ; organize and energize tourist activities , notably cultural tourism, among other activities , collaborate in the management and promotion of companies and units of rural tourism ; meet and monitor clients, identifying their preferences and guiding their choices; Multimedia technician: design / develop interactive multimedia products ; capture , digitize and process images , sound and text ; edit content to create communication solutions (informational and recreational ); integrate content using authoring tools, programme multimedia applications; animate objects for multimedia applications, design multimedia contents;Sociocultural Animator Technician : Diagnose and analyse, in multidisciplinary technical teams , risk situations and areas of intervention in which to act relating to the target group and its surroundings ; plan and implement together with the multidisciplinary technical team socio-communitarian intervention projects; plan, organize , promote and evaluate educational , cultural, sports , social , recreational , tourist and recreational activities in institutional, community or household contexts, taking into account the service that it is integrated in and the needs of the group and individuals to improve their quality of life and quality of their social inclusion and social interaction, and promote social integration ; foster interaction between the various social actors in the community , monitoring the changes that may occur in the situation of clients / users that affect their well being; articulate their intervention with the institutional actors in which the target group / individual is present ; reporting of activities. As relevant results , we expect that students acquire professional and labour skills for their integration in the highly competitive job market, more professionalism in order to start a promising career , which will fulfill them as specialized technicians in the various areas ; a sense of entrepreneurship that will enable them to develop the region economically and socially, and a sense of European citizenship based on understanding and respect for human rights and democracy , and encouraging tolerance and respect for other people and cultures and also arouse awareness in the community of the importance of these trainings carried out of the country , which may open new opportunities for employment in the EU context . We expect an increment in innovation methodologies for vocational education, making them more attractive and interactive, allowing the local entrepreneurial framework to acknowledge the need and benefit in receiving trainees. Ireland was chosen due to the fact that trainees need to improve and deepen the knowledge of the English language .
