The purpose of the project is to improve the trainee service for young people (16-24 years) in the region. Barriers such as insurance, transport and possible placements make it impossible for young people to seek their work experience on the other side of the Sound. One way to improve the trainee system is to strengthen the cooperation between the Swedish and the Danish system, so the people in this work field know more about the rules, the schooling system, the possibilities for placements etc.The expected result is to develop an operative trainee service system for young people in the Oresund region.
