Train the trainers on developing young offenders' entrepreneurship skills

European VET trainers seem to lack specialised training to effectively train young offenders on acquiring entrepreneurship skills to start a new business as a sustainable professional path; while ex-offenders tend to face discrimination, social exclusion and limited professional options when attempting to re-enter the labour market after release from prison.FRESH START addresses these issues by transferring and adapting to the exact needs of VET trainers previously developed innovative e-learning content from the LdV ENTER project to the project target countries aiming to exploit previous knowledge combined with an interactive needs analysis and the update of VET trainers’ skills through a sustainable training model that enables them to teach entrepreneurship to young offenders, aged 18 to 25.The project aims to develop a specialised train-the-trainer course for VET trainers to provide them with new skills that enable them to pass their training on developing young offenders’ entrepreneurship skills.
