Tractors -Training material in creativity and innovation for european R&D Organizations & SMEs
The project aims at developing an integrated training framework, consisting of material and methodologies, for fostering innovation and creativity in the workplace, with the goal to support European SMEs and R&D organisations to improve their usage of research efforts and results. The curriculum shall include a balanced combination of theoretical models and tools coming not only from creative thinking or innovation management but also from organisational behaviour, organisational culture, knowledge management and change management.
